Monday Returns: It was an ugly week on the return front. The FED didn't help investors when they signaled that rate hikes are not done. Pushing markets down again on the week.
Friday Flows: Investors were back to buying the dip for a couple of weeks, but that didn't happen this week. ETF investment flows were still equity heavy, but with a much greater mix of bond ETFs.
Friday Flows: I thought that last week was the RISK ON week. Investors were like hold my beer. And responded with a huge week flowing into equities.
Monday Returns: Big week overall in the equity markets. Within the ETF universe, there were big winners and big losers, with energy showing up on both sides.
9M Investments' alternative/private investment holdings are out performing the public markets in the equity and fixed income space through the end of September.
Friday Flows: Risk ON!! Big flows into S&P 500 funds over the last week.
Monday Returns: Overall the markets were mostly down last week. With the NASDQ down over 3%. Treasuries finish above 4% for the first time since 2008.
Friday Flows: Investors were all over the place and it didn't seem like there was coherent trend leading the way.
