Schedule Your 401(k) Consultation
Phase 1:
Discovery
During our first stages working together, we’ll begin by getting to know what your goals and pain points are. We’ll then conduct a thorough review of your current plan and services, and we’ll also review any third party administrators, plan providers and investment advisors to provide expense review. After this, we’ll provide you with recommendations for maximizing your plan.
Phase 2:
Implementation
We’ll work with your current provider to initiate the transfer process, and we’ll do the heavy lifting to provide all necessary forms to your participants. We’ll provide all participants with an enrollment meeting (either on-site or virtually) to walk through the plan and help set up their enrollment.
Phase 3:
Ongoing Management
We believe a high-quality 401(k) plan is not a set-it-and-forget-it one. Instead, we’ll regularly monitor our recommended investment lineup in accordance with the investment policy statement and will work with plan sponsors to maintain the initial plan design. Throughout the year, we provide one-on-one financial wellness meetings with all interested participants.
