The private REIT space has continued to perform in the face of bad news and volatile public markets. BCRED had a bit of bounce back month after a down September. Bringing it's performance to 2% for the year. Check out the performance for October.

For reference, at the end of October, S&P was down -18.8%, the NASDQ is -29.8%, and the AGG(Bond Index) is -15.62% year to date. The AGG came off it's lows, but are still down significantly on the year.. While the equity indexes were basically flat.
