September 2022 Alternative Performance
The private REIT space has continued to perform in the face of bad news and down public markets. BCRED had a down month, but is still positive for the year and raised the annual dividend to 9.3%, the 2nd increase as many months. Check out the performance for September.

For reference, as of October 24th the S&P is -20.3%, the NASDQ is -30.0%, and the AGG(Bond Index) is -16.48% year to date. The AGG continues to decline, adding another 3% to the downside over the last month. While the equity indexes were basically flat.
