November Alternative Performance
The private REIT and private credit space has continued to perform in the face of bad news and volatile public markets. BREIT had a down month for the first time all year, but is up over 8% on the year. BCRED had a strong November and raised it's dividend once again to 10.2%. Check out the performance for November.

For reference, at the end of November, S&P was down -14.4%, the NASDQ was -26.7%, and the AGG(Bond Index) is -12.14% year to date. The AGG came off it's lows, but are still down significantly on the year.. While the equity indexes came back some in November, they are still down significantly for the year.
